Many people visit me, not because they have a problem that they want to cure, but simply to relax and get away
from the pressures of day to day modern living. 
 
In a single session I will guide you into a lovely, relaxing, meditative state. It has been likened by many clients to a
 "mind massage", leaving you feeling relaxed, restored and prepared to face the world head on.

t is very well documented that
 STRESS is a main contributor to a weakened immune system.                  Research has shown that hypnotherapy can prevent the immune system from weakening due to stress. Hypnosis helps strengthen the immune system through relaxation. For people who worry a lot, are anxious, or are easily distracted, hypnosis helps them to relax so that their immune system does not weaken due to the stress.

Many health problems are caused or exacerbated by high levels of stress including; Heart Disease, Digestive Problems, Depression, Autoimmune Diseases, Skin Conditions, Pain of any kind ...........

Research has consistently shown hypnotherapy to be an effective form of treatment for many individuals who suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and stress induced Hypertension ( High Blood Pressure).

Everything in life starts with a thought. How you think about something dictates how you feel and how you act.

Without realizing it, we are constantly making suggestions to ourselves every day. We say things like “I can’t do that”, or “I don’t like that” or “I’m shy” to ourselves and these are very powerful suggestions we are making to ourselves which shape what we do, how we feel and how we act. These types of suggestions tend to be automatic, and therefore are produced from within the subconscious mind. 

There are times when you know how you want to think and react although you find it impossible. Similarly, you know what you should do or need to do and yet you do only what you are used to doing or have always done.

This conundrum can exist because you may find it difficult to control your thought processes and manage your mind to the extent you want.

Most people just think “this is how I am”. How often have you heard yourself say “I can’t do that” or “I don’t like that”….or “I’m no good at such and such”….These type of thoughts stop you in your tracks, you don’t even get past go. But as soon as you add “yet” or “for now”, you open up so many more possibilities. And you can choose to think in this way…..

Imagine how you might be able to feel if you were to automatically and instinctively make different suggestions to yourself. How would you feel if you thought “I can do that”, “I like that”, “I’m confident”, etc?  How might that change the way in which you approach situations and therefore the outcome experienced?
